“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.”
— John 5:39 (KJV)

🔹 Q1: What must I do to be saved?
This question was directly asked in the New Testament multiple times (Acts 2:37; Acts 16:30; Acts 22:10).
The consistent answer involves:
– Hearing the gospel (Romans 10:17)
– Believing in Jesus (Mark 16:16)
– Repenting of sins (Acts 2:38)
– Confessing Christ (Romans 10:9–10)
– Being baptized (immersed) for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38; 1 Peter 3:21)
Those who obey are added to the church by the Lord (Acts 2:47).
🔹 Q2: Is it true that any church will do as long as I have a relationship with God?
No. Jesus built one church (Matthew 16:18), not many. He is the head of His body, and there is only one body (Ephesians 1:22–23; 4:4).
A sincere relationship with God must be rooted in truth (John 4:24). Being part of a man-made denomination is not the same as being part of the church Jesus purchased with His blood (Acts 20:28).
🔹 Q3: Why don’t you use instruments in worship?
New Testament worship is vocal — “speaking… and singing” (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16).
There is no authority for using mechanical instruments in the New Testament church. To add them is to go beyond what is written (1 Corinthians 4:6). True worship must be “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).
